How we work

Six steps from first email to a boxed order on your dock. Every order follows the same process, whether it is 50 units or 50,000.

Request a free quote — tell us your box style, dimensions, quantity, finishes, and any deadline. A US-based packaging specialist replies within one US business day.
Free dieline + 3D mockup — our in-house design team builds the dieline to your exact product dimensions (or polishes your existing artwork) and sends a 3D digital mockup to approve before production.
Optional physical sample — $50, refunded on your first order. Produced the same way as the full run, so the sample reflects the final look, feel, and fit.
Final artwork approval — we pre-flight files for bleed, safe zone, CMYK color, 300 DPI resolution, and outlined fonts. Nothing goes to press until you approve.
Production in 7–10 business days — rush production (3–5 business days) available for an additional fee.
Free contiguous-US shipping — 2–5 business days to your door after production, free. Expedited shipping available on request.

What we are honest about

E-E-A-T means saying what we do not do, too — these are the questions US buyers ask us most often, answered straight.

Certifications. We do not currently supply FDA, food-contact, ASTM F2517, or CPSC certification documents. We print on stocks and inks used across the US food-service and compliance-aware packaging industry, and we build child-resistant style constructions on request — but we do not issue the certificates ourselves. Confirm your retailer's or state's requirement before you order.
Where we manufacture. We are a US-based packaging company with a US-based team. We will not claim our boxes are made in a US-only facility — being honest about the supply chain is more valuable than marketing claims.
Refunds. If a run arrives with a serious manufacturing or print defect, we reprint it. We do not issue cash refunds on custom packaging produced to an approved mockup. Ordering a $50 sample (refunded on first order) is the way to confirm fit and finish before committing.
Timing promises. Standard production is 7–10 business days from artwork approval, plus 2–5 for free contiguous-US shipping. Rush production is available for an additional fee. We will not quote a 48-hour turnaround that we cannot keep.

No setup, die, or plate fees at any quantity.

Free in-house dieline and artwork support, a free 3D digital mockup for approval before production, Pantone (PMS) spot-color matching, and free standard shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States. A physical sample is $50, refunded on your first order.

If a run arrives with a serious manufacturing or print defect, we reprint it. We do not issue cash refunds. Custom packaging is produced to spec from your approved mockup, so we recommend ordering a $50 physical sample (refunded on your first order) before any run that is new to you.
