CBD flower packaging is a custom-printed rigid box, mylar barrier pouch, glass jar with printed carton, or pre-roll tube/carton engineered around hemp-derived smokable flower — legal under the 2018 Farm Bill at under 0.3% THC federally, but with a patchwork of state-level restrictions on smokable hemp specifically. The package has to preserve terpenes and cannabinoids, hold humidity, carry strain and batch detail clearly, and, in most markets, be certified child-resistant. Compliance and child-resistance
