How the build-to-order process works
Start by telling us the product — dimensions, weight, and the environment it needs to survive (retail shelf, shipping route, cold case, warehouse). Send a sample product or the product spec, and we build a dieline around it. You approve a 3D digital mockup before anything prints, and can request a physical sample (refunded on your first order) to confirm color, fit, and feel in hand. Standard production is 7-10 business days after art approval, with 3-5 day rush available.
