Turn every wrap, basket liner, and serving sheet into a branded touchpoint your customers see, photograph, and share.
For US delis, sandwich shops, butcher counters, bakeries, food trucks, and specialty food brands looking to brand their wraps and serving paper without changing their existing operation.
About Custom Printed Paper
Turn everyday paper into a branded touchpoint
For a food business, the paper is the brand. Every wrap, basket liner, and serving sheet is something the customer holds, photographs, and remembers — and a blank sheet is a missed impression. Custom printed paper puts your logo, store name, or artwork on FDA food-safe stocks without changing how your kitchen or counter already works. We print in Cheshire, Connecticut, on food-contact-safe paper with low-migration inks, and start runs low enough that a single deli and a regional chain can both brand their service. The result is an inexpensive, high-frequency touchpoint that does the marketing a box never gets the chance to.
Food wraps & sandwich papers
The papers that touch hot, greasy, and handheld food need grease resistance first and branding second — we do both:
- Greaseproof paper and sandwich wrap for burgers, subs, and fried food.
- Deli paper for counter service, charcuterie, and grab-and-go.
- Butcher paper for BBQ, meat counters, and smash-burger service.
- Fish & chip paper and wax paper for fryers and moisture-heavy items.
Bakery & baking papers
Baked goods need stocks rated for heat and release, with that clean artisan look:
- Parchment paper for high-heat baking and pan lining.
- Bagel paper and kraft paper for bakery wraps and dry goods.
- Heat-seal paper for sealed, tamper-evident bakery and deli packs.
Liners, napkins & retail paper
The branding does not stop at the food — it carries into the basket, the bag, and the unboxing:
- Custom napkins and basket liners that put your logo on the table.
- Tissue paper and wrapping paper for retail, gifting, and ecommerce inserts.
- Paper bags for takeout, retail, and to-go orders.
How food-safe printing works
All of our food-contact paper is printed with FDA-compliant, low-migration inks rated for direct food contact, with the print on the consumer-facing side and the treated or coated side against the food. We match the stock to the job — greaseproof and quilon-coated for oily and wet foods, parchment for high heat, kraft for dry goods — and keep the artwork bold and simple so it reads at a glance and survives grease, heat, and handling. Send your logo and tell us what you are wrapping, and we will recommend the right stock, lay out the print, and send a proof before anything runs.
Why US brands choose us for custom printed paper
Custom Box Printing manufactures custom printed paper from our US production facility, with free standard shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States and a 7–10 business day turnaround. We've printed custom printed paper for solo founders launching their first product line, growing direct-to-consumer brands placing 5,000-unit runs, and established retail brands with 50,000+ unit production schedules — and we treat all three the same: no minimums, free design support, no setup or die-plate charges, and a 3D digital mockup before anything goes to press.
Every custom printed paper order includes free in-house dieline and artwork support — our US-based designers will polish your existing files, or build a custom dieline from scratch to fit your exact product dimensions. We send you a 3D mockup to confirm look and proportions before production. For color-critical work, request a physical sample free — let’s talk about a customized sample so you can confirm the look before a full run.
Materials, print, and finish options
Custom printed paper is more of a substrate question than a finish question. The four common food-safe stocks are: greaseproof / quilon-coated paper for sandwiches, burgers, and fried foods; kraft for bakery and dry goods; parchment for baked goods and high-heat applications; and pink butcher paper for BBQ and butcher-counter wraps. All four are FDA food-contact safe and printed with food-grade inks.
Available finishes include:
- Lamination: Gloss, matte, soft-touch, or velvet finish for a premium hand-feel.
- Foil stamping: Gold, silver, copper, or custom foil colors for high-visibility brand marks.
- Embossing & debossing: Tactile raised or recessed surface effects on logo or key artwork.
- Spot UV: Selective gloss coating that creates contrast against matte areas.
- Eco-friendly options: Recycled kraft, FSC-certified stocks, water-based inks, recyclable rigid constructions.
- Compliance: FDA food-safe inks; certified child-resistant constructions for CBD/cannabis where required.
If you're not sure which combination will work best for your custom printed paper, mention it in your quote request — our team will recommend the right material, print spec, and finish based on your product, budget, and brand positioning.
