Telescoping boxes are two pieces — a base and a deep lid that slides over it. In folding-carton form they run on heavier SBS or kraft board (18–24 pt) for strength; in premium form, both pieces are rigid chipboard (1.2–2.5 mm) wrapped in printed paper. Because the lid overlaps the base wall, the structure resists crushing and tolerates minor height variation in contents. Surfaces take CMYK, foil, embossing, and soft-touch lamination.
