What is vape packaging?
Vape packaging is the coordinated set of cartons, rigid boxes, labels, and pouches engineered around the vape product line a brand actually sells: a device, the pods or cartridges it takes, the e-liquid that refills it, maybe a disposable line, a starter kit, and PR bundles. Every one of those is a different package with its own structure and compliance load. PMTA and required warnings
Under the FDA Center for Tobacco Products framework, most e-cigarette, vape hardware, and e-liquid products sold in the US require Premarket Tobacco Product Application (PMTA) authorization to be legally marketed. Nicotine-containing products must carry the mandated warning statement — "WARNING: This product contains nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical." — with specific size, color, and placement rules on both the primary label and the outer package. Child-resistance and tamper-evidence
Nicotine e-liquid containers fall under the Child Nicotine Poisoning Prevention Act of 2015 and require certified child-resistant packaging tested to ASTM D3475 and CPSC 16 CFR 1700.20. We build CR tuck locks, push-and-tear inserts, and slider constructions engineered into the dieline for e-liquid and any other CR-required SKU in your line. Tamper-evident tuck seals or shrink bands are standard on request across all formats.
