SPF-rated cushions carry a different regulatory framework
A key note: cushion foundations sold with an SPF rating (SPF 30, SPF 50) are classified by FDA as OTC drugs (sunscreen monograph, 21 CFR 352) and require a Drug Facts panel instead of a standard cosmetic label. That's a different panel format with specific FDA-required content and type-size rules. We route the carton with Drug Facts panel real estate and a tamper-evident zone, then print your approved artwork. If your cushion isn't SPF-rated, standard cosmetic labeling applies.
