A blush box has to present a specific shade — often one of 10 or 20 in a line — so shade name, code, and swatch have to read clearly on the front panel, and the shade has to Pantone-match across every carton in the line so a customer picking up two SKUs sees consistent brand color. On the back panel, the INCI ingredient list, net contents, US contact info (required per MoCRA), lot code, and any warnings need legible space. We route the dieline for both requirements — brand-forward front, compliance-clean back — and print the run in full-color CMYK offset with free Pantone spot-color matching.

US cosmetic labels have a required checklist. We route enough panel space for every element, but we lay out every element per your approved artwork:

- INCI ingredient list in descending order (except when under 1% permitted in any order)
- Name and place of business — as of 2024 MoCRA also requires a US domestic contact (address, phone, or email) on every cosmetic label for adverse event reporting. If you're an imported-product brand, this is where the US distributor's contact goes.
- Warnings as required by your formula (e.g., "Discontinue use if irritation occurs")
- California Prop 65 warning if your formula contains any Prop 65-listed chemical and you sell into California
