Rigid or folding?
Palette outer cartons split two ways. A folding tuck-end or sleeve carton in 16-18pt is the everyday choice — ships flat, opens fast, works for the $20-40 price tier. A rigid two-piece (lid-and-base) box wrapped in printed paper is the premium option for $50+ palettes and collab editions — heavier, more considered opening, but ships assembled and costs more to freight. For "small card boxes" positioning we default to the folding option; ask for rigid if you're in that price tier.
