At customboxprinting.com we aim to provide our customers with the best possible products for the most competitive rates being offered in the market. We try to give our clients exactly what they want. And if you are unsure about what you want then you can always ask for a free CAD sample and free mock-up. This is why we rarely get any refunds or cancellations. However, if you think that we have messed up the order or made a blunder in the design then you can ask for a refund. We will refund your money if one of the following issues exists in the consignment we have sent to you.

What are the conditions of filing for a refund?

If these conditions are not met then you won’t receive a refund for the packaging products that you have ordered.

  • The customer must apply for a refund within seven working days, after receiving the shipment/order
  • If any returning products have been rejected by our customer service team beforehand, then no refunds will be made
  • The customer must be willing to pay the shipping cost with the payment of the order, and if there is a refund then customboxprinting.com will bear the shipping cost
  • The products should be returned to the address listed on the website; if the products are returned to a wrong address then customboxprinting.com is not liable for a refund
  • If the products are damaged in any way during shipment, then contact us, and we will take the issue up with the courier
  • In case of a return, the refund money will be added to the customer’s online credit. This amount can then be used for future purchases

What is the procedure of filing for a refund?

Follow these steps by the book, and let us do the rest. We will assess the returned products and get back to you. If there are any issues with the quality of the items delivered, then the refund amount will be credited to your online account.

  • Contact our customer service team and notify them (in detail) about the issue via email, and attach any photographs of the products if required. Our representatives will get in touch with you within 72 hours, and let you know if the products are eligible for a return or require a closer inspection
  • If the product requires closer inspection, then our customer service team will provide you a unique case number for tracking the process
  • Return the entire consignment (all products shipped to you), along with the original invoice, by using the Return Label; if the invoice is missing or the full order isn’t sent, then the return won’t be accepted

How and when will the money be refunded?

If the order is eligible for a refund, then the money will be added to the customer’s online account as in-store credits, for future purchases.

In case of a partial refund, only the amount qualified for the return will be refunded, instead of the full amount.

If the customer had used a coupon or in-store credits for paying for the order that is being refunded, then the coupon or in-store credits will be pro-rated, based on each product’s individual value.
